Delivery Information

All of our orders are delivered either by us, or by one of our trusted third-party delivery partners.

Once your order has been placed, we will call you, usually within 24-48 hours to confirm when your bed and/or mattress is scheduled to be built and will offer you a delivery date.

Your order will be delivered on or before the date shown when ordering, but is usually available for delivery within 7-14 days from ordering, depending on peak times.

We are able to fast-track an order (for an additional cost), you would need to get in touch with our sales team prior to ordering but this usually means your order is delivered in 2-5 days.

We can provide a guaranteed delivery date prior to ordering if you get in touch with our sales team. They will be more than happy to help to ensure you get your order when you need it - guaranteed delivery dates are offered at no additional cost.

We aim to be as flexible as possible, if you need us to hold your order until you are ready to receive it, you do not need to take delivery before the date shown. We can be flexible with house moves and we know things can change. You will not be charged for this service.

 

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, due to all products being custom made to order, although you have 24 hours from the time of ordering to cancel your order. This does not apply to incorrect or faulty products.

If a product is incorrect, damaged or faulty, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and also need to provide proof of the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and when we will collect your items or where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
