We either deliver ourselves or use one of our trusted delivery partners to get your order to you safely.

Orders will be delivered on or before the date shown when ordering, although if you need it sooner, or on a specific date, please get in touch with us prior to ordering. We can give you a guaranteed delivery date prior to ordering and if required, we can also offer a fast track upgrade.

Moving home? One less thing to worry about - we can hold your order until you're ready for it, for no extra charge.

You are responsible for ensuring beds and mattresses can be delivered to the required location. Please ensure all doorways and access points have been measured and if you are unsure, please contact us. We can offer split bases and also zip link mattresses to help with transportation.

Returns

You have 24 hours after ordering to change or cancel your order. After this time, we do not accept returns due to all our products being custom made to order.

Should a product be faulty or incorrect, we will repair or replace free of charge to make it right.
